How We Produce Calacatta White Quartz Slabs

Our calacatta white quartz is an engineered stone slab product composed of 93% quartz sand, 7% resin, and other trace elements. The specific production process mainly includes:

  1. Prepare the corresponding raw materials according to the order requirements.
  2. If it is a custom color, mix and produce a sample sheet for verification.
  3. Mix the raw materials in a specific ratio in a mixer.
  4. After mixing, workers spread the mixture into the mold frame.
  5. Transfer the mold to the press to form the slab.
  6. Place the raw slabs in the warehouse to cool down and further processing.
  7. Cut the raw slabs to the required dimensions.
  8. Grind and polish the slabs.
  9. Perform quality inspection and apply a protective film.
  10.  Store the finished slabs in the warehouse, awaiting shipment.
